Flatbed loads are paid 0.70 CPM, average weekly net $2000
2500+ miles per week.
No tarp pay and no training provided.

Pets and rider policy (21+y)
Bonus on clean DOT inspections: lvl 1 - $1000; lvl 2 - $500; lvl 3 - $300
Referral bonus of $500, if the driver stays 6 months another $500.
Cash advance $200 per week.
Direct deposit every Friday, pay period is Monday through Monday
Orientation is Monday - Friday 8-4 PM and it lasts between 2-3 hours.
We buy flights or bus tickets, which will be deducted from the driver's 1st, 2nd or 3rd paycheck.
Expenses:
$1000 Escrow every Friday (10 weekly payments x $100) - it is refundable if the truck is returned in good condition.
